We had a serious problem with rats that were coming along the phone lines and entering our home. When we called the Bugyman, we had so many questions that the person in the office decided to send the owner himself to our house. When he arrives, he spent well over an hour just discussing with us the way rats live and what we needed to do to help him get rid of them. Within a couple weeks, he had eliminated all of the rats that were present and had helped us close up all the entry points were they were getting in.
