I have used Capitol North American Many times in the past with Great I mean Stellar service. This last move was the Move From HELL. The movers were rude, foul mouthed, and tore up my laminate floor and stair well. They also destroyed a $2000.00 Fridge by moving it improperly with a Hand Truck instead of fridge straps. We had no choice but to replace it since the estimated repairs would be $800.00. They sent in a guy to do repairs and he was able to mask the damage but not fully repair it. (Basically, I need new flooring in the future. Will cost us many thousands of dollars to replace.) The worst part about it is the Manager John and his claims manager Don couldn't take 5 minutes to talk to me to resolve this issue. Instead we got a check for $150.00 to cover the repairs. What a joke.



As you can see from my history I don't write bad reviews that often. I hope you read this one and seriously reconsider using this company in the future.

Professional and secure. Capitol North American is the real deal. They are Professional and insured and I know who North American is. In the end they saved me money over the discount movers becasue they are honest about their bids.
