Not good at all. I was in an accident and my attorney recommended Daves Body Works for my car. One of the damages was the back panel of my driver seat that popped out due to the car seat jamming up behind it. During the inspection, I pointed out the damage. The inspector popped the piece back in and said it was fixed. I, knowing nothing about cars, assumed they knew what they were doing and it was in fact fixed. I also figured since they say their work is lifetime guaranteed that I could bring it back if there were any more issues with the seat. Popping it back in to place was in fact their work.

Fast forward a month later: I never adjust my seat to drive it. The first time my husband drove my car and moved the seat to adjust, the back panel popped out again.This was in the middle of the holidays. I didn't have the time or the money (for a rental car) to deal with this during the holidays. Following that my 1 year old son with a terminal illness ended up in the PICU. So, finally in March I was able to get some time to have it looked it. I stopped in and he said he would call me back after speaking with the attorney and insurance company. We played phone tag for 2 months, where I was always the one to follow up with him. They told me I had taken too much time and the insurance case was closed. I asked him to fix it based off of their "lifetime warranty." They were the ones who fixed the car including the back panel. He advised me that because this part was never included in the original estimate that they don't guarantee it. But, again, I was told during the inspection that it was fine and an easy fix and they just popped it back in place.

This should have been properly inspected and fixed correctly the first time. This should have been included in the estimate. I don't even understand why someone didn't include it in the original estimate if they weren't willing to guarantee the fix (popping it back in to place). The gentleman I spoke with there was the one who did the inspection so he was fully aware that this piece was broken in the accident and he is fully aware that he is the one who popped it back in to place. Its really sad the way the handle their customer service. Its terrible that my attorney recommended them as an ethical business.

Just had my 63 International scout sandblasted and you guys did a great job cutting out the rust and with the paint. Never could have imagined that a 35 year old truck could look this clean. I have gotten compliments everywhere I go.
