Xenophon M. Peters, Esq. Mr. Peters is a founding partner of Peters & Associates, LLP. He has practiced in the areas of complex real estate, specifically real estate development, real estate transactions and commercial finance. Mr. Peters' development experience included representing some of the largest developers in Las Vegas in connection with apartment complexes, mixed-use projects and high-rise resort, condominium and condominium-hotel developments. Mr. Peters' transactional experience included representing both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of hotels/casinos and developed/undeveloped land. Currently, Mr. Peters focuses his practice on residential and commercial loan modifications and consumer bankruptcies. Mr. Peters graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis in 2003. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007. Mr. Peters is a member of both the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California. Mr. Zakalik is a founding partner of Peters & Associates, LLP. He has practiced in Nevada since 2004 in the areas of corporate litigation, real estate transactions, corporate bankruptcies and intellectual property rights. While practicing as a court room litigator, Judah represented financial institutions against lawsuits brought by home owners for violations of federal statutes. Judah now uses his past experience to help homeowners and businesses keep their residential and commercial property through the loan modification process and consumer bankruptcies. Judah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2004, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. Judah is licensed to practice in Nevada. He is also a founding member of the State Bar of Nevada's Diversity Committee and actively volunteers his time to increase diversity within the legal profession. When not practicing law, Judah enjoys the Las Vegas arts and music scene, traveling, snow sports and martial arts.
