I'm not one of Brian's clients (luckily I'm happily married) but I have a close friend who went through a terrible divorce and Brian helped him out a great deal; saved his house and was able to negotiate a shared custody deal that ended up being the best thing that could happen out of a bad situation.

- It is Brian's philosophy to always -give our clients more- bang- for the buck. As Brian explains, -Most everyone here has been through the process. We don't just talk the talk, we've lived it; we all know about it, usually from first-hand experience. Having that understanding is important; we don't just say we feel bad for our clients. We've been there. We can relate and our clients can sense this. Our goal is the best result for our clients. If that cannot be done in court, we will be honest with our clients. Sometimes the best results are obtained through out-of-court settlement, mediation, or a collaborative divorce process. We recognize that some of our clients may have had short-term marriages and few assets (and few resources to fund their legal needs). So, we give our clients the best possible representation while striving to keep costs to a minimum. Brian is also constantly researching ways to improve service to clients. One example is the recent implementation of Time Matters, practice management software, which has resulted in immediate access to client information; thereby streamlining our process (and saving the client money)!
