Too bad there isn't a "0" rating available. They have had my Panasonic plasma for almost 2 months. Extended warranty purchased directly through Panasonic at time of purchase. Left on hold several times and hung up on twice. Left an email message but no response. Contacted Panasonic and they were hung up on, too! Panasonic is being told that they are waiting for a part. What a circus...

I personally feel sorry for the people who had a bad experience with these guys,I can not tell the same thing,they have a technician named Hector,who in my personal opinion is just awesome he was not only corteous,polite and a true profesional he was ready with the parts needed to fix my Sony tv and went through all details,in a nutshell I will highly recomed him to any one who would like to know about him.

Terrible customer service dept. They refuse to give price or time estimates on repairs. That tells me that they are slow and expensive. That screams "they don't want your business!"

Don't waste your time or money here!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 STAR if this rating system would allow less than 1 star. The "Customer Service Rep." was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending to me when I simply asked for an estimate on cost and timeframe for repairs. I still don't know any details about the services they provide, the charges for any of their services, or the timeframes in which they perform them. She did not even tell me her name when I asked. I was able to find out that they charge a non-refundable $150.00 just to diagnose the problem with your TV. I can only imagine what they charge you for the repairs! Usually when they don't want to give an estimate over the phone, it's because they are NOT competitive with other co's.

Took over a month for them to even come out to take a look at my TV. Sharp TOLD them what the problem was and how to fix it, and what part they needed. Repairmen come and say they didn't know what was wrong with it, didn't bring any part. They took my TV to their repair center, told me 5-10 days ill get my TV back. 3 weeks later, I just called them, they said that they needed to contact SHARP for a replacement. Told me they're going to do that in an hour, and they were going to contact me back. 5 days have gone by, still no call.
