The front desk staff is disorganized and don't seem to have a clue about what is going on, besides being rude and abrupt. All the best Massage Therapists are gone now and it shows! Most of the therapists left are young and obviously inexperienced. The last time I was in I was even put on sheets that were tattered!!! For the amount of money they charge, that is just inexcusable! There are just too many other places to go that provide a high quality atmosphere but with courteous staff and experiences therapists. I won't be spending my money at Kimberley's any longer and I advise you to not waste yours there either!!!

I love this place! I purchase gift certificates for friends and family. I get birthday emails with special promotions and I visit the spa every few months.

Seriously people that work at kimberleys are far from stuck up!!!! people have nothing better to do than complain about anything, and everything to get something for free thats all it is. Your at a spa take a chill pill and relax

I have visited Kimberlys numerous times and done different services it is quite a beautiful place and just the thought of going there gets me all excited. I started getting my haircut there this year by Martina who is a junior stylist and she is awesome my hair is so healthy and bouncy now and the cut is great, if she can handle my hair than she can do anything because my hair is thick and massive like nothing you have ever seen. Deffinitly worth the cost at least for me and while your waiting you get to eat delicious cookies yum!

I had a massage by Faith, and a manicure & a pedicure there, - This place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, The service was excellent and I would go there again. This is an upscale company. "Top of the Line"

Kimberlys A Day Spa is not only a beautiful facility, but also a truly delightful experience.

I had a massage there that was less than okay. It seems that the people that work there tend to act like they are a little stuck up.

This is a great day spa, they are always friendly, informative, and relaxing.
