Yes, it may look and feel delapidated, but it works to keep oneself out of the car and to provide basic amenities. I've been staying there off and on for about 7 months, and I've rarely had any complaints.



Story came out in early September that this is the "crash pad" of choice for various homeless types and others for a few days after receiving disability checks or otherwise. I've come to know some of them and many are of questionable morality. Mostly alcoholics.
