Avoid this three ring circus at all costs.



The owner will quote you a price and completion date for body work. However, that completion date means nothing. He kept our car for over three weeks on what was supposed to be a 3 day job. There were no delays attributed to necessary parts or paint, either. There were no reasons for the delay other than sheer laziness and providing us with a date which the owner had no intention on meeting.



He never troubled himself to phone us relative to delays and was annoying arrogant with his silence and inability/refusal to answer our question "What is taking so long?". We still don't know, either.



Too, do NOT allow the place to detail your car. They lie: We specifically asked if the car had been waxed and buffed and were assured 110% it had been. We poured just a bit of water on the body and instead of beading up, it just ran off the car. Flat out lied to us. Told us to bring it back and he would properly detailed it (blamed the failure to detail on his two sons who work for him). No way: We were not going to drop our car off for a five hour exterior detail only to learn it would be five weeks before the lazy shop felt like doing the work.



As for the body work done: Incredibly NON professional. We should have known when the price was quoted and the deal was made we were suckers. We even paid 50% of the bill on the day we dropped the car off, thinking it would provide some incentive and motivation. It did the exact opposite, evidently.



NEVER...repeat NEVER.....use Alec's. He is too busy discussing how terrible the USA is as he waxes sentimental over how great Russia is with his friends who remain in Russia via SKYPE.
