Excellent service

Worked with Janil over the phone prior to visiting the dealership who was extremely professional and realistic. When visiting the dealership, I was greeted by Robert who is both personable and knows what he’s doing. The negotiation on price was handled extremely professionally and I can say my next Porsche will be bought from this dealership.

First visit to this Porsche Dealer for service issue with PDCC. Problem diagnosed and repair completed in reasonable time period. Excellent service and daily updates re status from Sean Walsh service advisor. Well satisfied and will return for future service needs.

Once again Brett Tokar, my service adviser, took great car of my car and me, performing a major service on my 911, pricing and installing new tires and coordinating a repair with my extended warranty carrier. He was excited to offer the brand new 718 Cayman S that Porsche of Princeton added to it fleet of Porsche loaners, knowing that I would be thrilled to drive it....and he was right as usual.

My brother & I had a very pleasant experience there. Everything was done over the phone ( very accessible & convenient ) thru Mike Quaglietta, we only have to be there in person to pick up the car which arrived earlier than the expected time ( worked out perfectly for us ) & on top of it all, I got the price I wanted ( Mike was very helpful & patient with the negotiations) so I was very happy. I really appreciate that they ( esp. management ) try to meet the customers halfway , highly recommend this place to others. We also appreciated that Mike took us seriously over the phone & gave us his time because I've called other places . Mike Q has great customer service skill & is an asset to the company & so with Mike Laskowski, patiently showed us how things worked. Thank you to the management & staffs @ Porsche Princeton. Porsche of Princeton is a great professional car dealership and the company is particularly fortunate to have a great number of excellent staff. Among them, Ralph Vanaman, Service Manager, is truly exceptional as he is most attentive to customer's need, very courteous, and always provide his the best service possible. I have worked with the dealership and Mr. Vanaman for many years and have always been most satisfied. I recommend this dealership to any owner of Porsche and to those who wish to buy one.

We recently bought a Macan S from Michael Q. We did most of our transaction online since we live 1 hour away. Michael was awesome, he kept us updated, as requested on when the car would be in and just made everything go so smooth.

First time for service in the new building and all I can say is wow. You pull up to the covered entryway and are greeted by a friendly face who electronically checks you in, places plastic on your front seat, and inserts one of those paper floor mats. Once inside it feels familiar but in a much larger scale. Alyssa Oswald had all the paperwork for my service and loaner. I was offered an assortment of beverages during my brief wait. Alyssa walked through the list of items scheduled for my car and provided information and pricing for each. I did add a last minute item to my service and was pleased to see that Alyssa and team were able to handle it. Picked up my car the next day and did a quick stroll around the showroom. Lots of room with an impressive collection of cars. A quick chat with Dave DiBernardo and I was done. My wife and I have been customers for 10+ years and are please. Thanks again Alyssa.

I brought my Carrera was service. The service was excellent. The service manager, Brett Tokar, explained all needed repairs and the costs involved. Everyone was extremely friendly and they provided a great loaner car.

On September 25th Sandy Infante greeted me upon my arrival and within 2 minutes I felt like we had known each other for years. She understood what service my Porsche required and clearly explained exactly what would occur and approximately how long it would take. She asked if I wanted coffee or water and directed me to the waiting area. Sandy represents your organization in a most pleasant and professional manner and I must compliment your hiring such a competent individual. Dave Horn
