The doctors, and nurses are terrific. The same cannot be said for front office staff. The practice seems to have attracted a group of uncaring, uniformed, and unintelligent office staff. Example: my 21 year old daughter called the office to have one of her prescriptions faxed to our insurance company. She was told that due to HIPPA regulations that the office could not send the information to the insurance company. Really? There are other stories.
