I remember the woman and her dog that left the review in 2011. Her dog was always infested with fleas. She was upset with me because I confronted her about the chronic problem it was. (Nicely) As for the dog hurting it's back, he would wrestle you while you tried to do his nails or shave his legs. Maybe that's how he hurt his back. He seemed fine when he left. Then there's her friend. I remember her too. Big filthy fat lazy Newfy. Wouldn't stand up to be groomed. I had to try to support the dog underneath. It still would put all it's weight on my equipment, bending grooming arms etc. That's probably what left a little mark. As for the lady with the "fat" dog. She never said HOW fat! And what a mess!!!I have customers I've had for years and years. Been grooming since 1999. You can't make everyone happy!

I have been having my pets groomed by Carrie for years! Her shop is always immaculate. It's a peaceful atmosphere and she does the best work I've ever had done by a groomer. Very professional! Would recommend her to everyone!

As to the other reviews on here as a former groomer I know some people let their dogs get severly obese and never bathe or brush them between groomings. This of course would make grooming the dog harder and would raise the price. If you don't want to hear things like your dog is too fat take better care of your animals.

This woment is terrible! I would never go back. When I made the appointment for my Golden Retiever I was told the price would be 55.00 if paying cash. 58.00 if paying with a check. I told her on the phone that she was overweight. So I dropped her off for her grooming. Later in the morning she called me when she was done. Leaving a message that it would be 80 dollars if I paid cash and 85 with a check. I called back to find out the reason so much more. She replied that the dog was disgustingly fat. It was too much work for her. She would never do her again unless she lost some weight! She was so rude! . June 16, 2011

Notice there are no reviews. This woman is abusive. My dog after i picked him up looked horrified and i ended up bring him to the vet for back injury. Another woman i asked that brought her dog said she would never go back becasue after she got home the dog rolled on his back and there were bruises and razor burn on his belly and around his armpit. Another woman won't take her dog there because he was so panick stricken she turned around and found another groomer. Please beware!! I have called the animal control.
