Rob, the manager at 101 Valley View Dr, Lewisville, TX, knows: I have been living here since 09/10. I had 2 floods in my room: the sprinkler system Intown Suites built. I was not notified. Some things got ruined. I begged for 2 months to get the water pump in the toilet replaced. I was ordered out of my room in April when I was scheduled to work until 8 pm in my NEW job. Rob knew, due to my disability (Med proof) I needed several days notice to pack and move to another room. He yelled at me, told me he had no choice, he would help me move that night. Due to my neck and back, my job would be at risk. I left a message with Rob: I would contact the Attorney General's office and get an Attorney, if anything happens to my things or my back. This location is filthy: the doors, the stairwalls, the railings. I am moving on 04/17/11. If anything happens to my things while I am packing and moving, I will sue Intown Suites. My rent is paid until 04/18/11. I am also asking for 1 day reimbursement sent by check to my PO Box. Resident, almost 60.
