These are custom parts that are hard to find. I was excited to find someone who carries them. But they take your money and don't ship the parts. I'm still owed several hundred dollars and the owner wont return calls or emails

I searched for a long time for a company who could finish out the inside of my van just the way I wanted it. Unique Concepts went over and above to make my vision real. I wanted something to make traveling easier. They put in a bathroom, sink, tv, mini fridge, and tons of store space. Me and my family are totally satisfied. They can literally do ANYTHING you ask for! They never told us no to any of our ideas.

Sorry company , takes too long to get parts . Ordered Avalanche upper kit , It took 2 months with no phone call to let me know anything and to top it off they sent wrong parts, Sorry Sorry Company . I ordered a DVD player for my Regency van. They sent me an estimate with a photo and description of the DVD player.

The estimate was for a Jensen player with RCA jacks in the front of the unit the price was $295.00 I thought I was getting a quality product. What I got was a DVD by Farenheit that they paid $60 for online, the package came with the receipt where they purchased it from. I also ordered IR head phones they charged me $65 each they paid $30 for pair.

Rip Off. Then when I wanted to send it back they wanted 30% restocking fee. Not a chance. Disputing charges with CC company. The only good thing I can say is it got here by the date I needed it. All items going back.
