Big Blue Autos gave me upfront pricing, a free Carfax report, and let me take the vehicle that I was looking at to my mechanic for an inspection before I purchased it. I bought an extended warranty (that another dealership tried to sell me for $3,000) for the same price that it cost the dealer. Overall, this was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever been through. I will recommend all of my friends to Big Blue Autos because they answered each of my questions and always made me feel welcomed. Thank you again Big Blue Autos, I will give you guys first shot from now until I can't drive anymore!

This dealer is too shady! Said the vehicles I looked at had new breaks, rotors, tires, and oil change. They lied. None of them had oil changes nor breaks nor rotors. One of them even had a mouse nest under the air filter. On the web site the vehicles had new tires, but they somehow mysteriously disappeared! On top of that the salesman (Jason) was a complete *** when he realized it wasn't going to be an easy sale. Would call to ask questions and he would get rude and eventually hang up on me. Was rediculous!
