We booked Gold Shield for our daughter's wedding on March 18,2017. We reserved a sprinter van to pick up the bride and her bridesmaids at a hotel and take them to the wedding venue. The van was on time, driver very courteous, and helpful with the girls luggage, etc. No complaints. We also reserved their Rolls Royce to pick the couple up after the reception to transport them to the hotel. The driver again, was on time ( even early), was extremely courteous and again, helped with luggage, etc. We were very pleased with the service of Gold Shield and will book them again. I would highly recommend this company.

I was in town for a couple of days on business and needed transportation. Gold Shield picked me up from the airport, took me to dinner and transported me to my meetings on time. Great service and very clean car.

Booking them was the biggest mistake we made for our wedding. We booked a 1.5 hour package with them. We told them our wedding ended around 530 but they insisted to come earlier than that. We were scheduled to have them until 7 pm. The wedding ended and we were taking pictures and were notified that the limo was leaving. We went out to talk to the driver and he said he had another pickup at 615 and he had to leave whether we were on the limo or not. We tried to discuss the issue with the driver and then with the company and we were shut off, they would not let us speak, they yelled at us and would not work with us at all. They told us it was a pick-up and drop-off and they don't even do those! I tried to explain what we thought and he starting yelling at me so I handed the phone back to the driver because I wasn't going to deal with that on my wedding day. I will never get my wedding day back, or the pictures we did not get to take at the church. We were so frustrated and angry that I'm sure the rest of the pictures are horrible as well! They rushed us so much, people left stuff at the church and I had to leave my parents there to pick up the rest of the things. They later wrote an e-mail stating it was a miscommunication and would credit us $100. That never happened and they never even apologized. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life.

Exceptional and friendly service to an out-of-state travel inexperienced elderly person coming from, and going to, the airport. Punctual, helpful and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

I called several limousine companies before I chose Gold Shield Transportation. The gentleman I spoke with at Gold Shield was incredibly helpful and friendly. The other two companies I called were not very polite and did not want to take the time to answer my questions. Although Gold Shield was a little more expensive I chose them because they seemed to be a well rounded, and I was right. My service was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely use their service again when I need them!!!
