Dr Shashy and his staff are and were amazing. He set me and my family at ease about the surgical procedure that I was to undergo. His staff were very caring from insurance issues to check up calls and even accommodating when I arrived in office with a swollen face and tears in my eyes cause I was worried about people seeing me post surgery. I would and have recommended Dr Shashy to anyone that is in need of what I consider to be one of the best ENT specialist in Georgetown.
