This review is long over-due. It has been my experience that the people who work at this establishment are dedicated and hard working. They will do their best to ensure the car repairs are done correctly and efficiently the first time. The bill is always reasonable, expected (there are no surprises, after you get a price, that's it) and honest (detailed). They are excellent at answering questions and ready to help you get back in your car as quickly as possible. I am consistently impressed with the turn around time. Take your vehicles here!

They did what they said they would at a cheaper price than they could have charged me.

I am an out of state female college student and the people who work here are Excellent! They answered all of my many questions, the work is quick and professional, the prices are reasonable, and they are very pleasant people to work with! I would recommend this shop to any local or out of state person who needs help or has questions about their vehicles.

I have done business with these guys for over 3 years and they have always done excellent work, stand behind their work if there were any post repair/work related issues and have pricing always beating the dealerships I buy my vehicles from. The only negative aspect of their business is that the location of their shop is tucked behind a strip mall making it easy to not not even be aware that they even exist. Southside auto repair is where you want to take your car, these people are all about customer service, they will do whatever it takes to get the job done. They are extremely patient with blonde's that call every hour wondering if her car is done. If you want it done right and don't want to pay an arm a leg and 5 fingers take it to Southside auto~
