The best groom I have ever had on Cleo my Bichon. These guys are GREAT! Not only is their grooming great, but I am able to leave my dog in Daycare also. When I pick her up, you can tell she's had a great time and is very tired from playing all day. Don't go anywhere else, this is the place.

During the last 4-years, all of the good groomers have left. (Jessica was the best!) Up until this last one, Wendi, I was very satisfied. However, having to take back my dog 2 out of the last 3 times is ridiculous. Wendi is inconsistent at best; and incompetent most of the time. She does not listen to what you tell her and she doesn't keep notes for each dog and their owner's preferences. She is rather rude, but not as rude as the owner, Bill, who will also lie right to your face. There is no customer satisfaction obligation from this establishment. Just read the other comments and stay away!!

Excuse me?? I guess you have to be an ex employee to really know the truth about this place! Cageless boarding is an outright lie! In fact they stack crates on top of each other to be able to take more dogs! The weekends are the worst! Humans leave at 6 pm and don't come back to let dogs out until 8 the next morning! They need the grooming tubs to clean dogs that pee and poop over the night. Yes dogs are left for over 14 hours! Their daycare is a free for all, many dogs go home with bites and cuts, dogs are unrully and out of control. What do you expect from high school employees that really don't know dogs?I'll also bet that people that bring their dogs for grooming don't know that their dogs are dumped into daycare even if they don't get along with other dogs or the owner doesn't want them in daycare!

You have to go see this place where the dogs are playing like kids in a playground. The inside is huge and there is a beautiful mural covering the entire wall. In addition to letting my Cockapoo Bailey play all day, they also have a great groomer Wendy. When I go out of town I'm able to leave Bailey there overnight, Pampered Pup'z also does cageless boarding. I Bill and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Pampered Pup'z

I have brought my dogs, Nessy and Zoey since they have opened and they come home tired every day form playing! I love it. Everyone there is so friendly and I love the stories they tell me daily about my pups and the random pictures I get of them playing.

I had my Golden Retriever Daisy their this last weekend. When I picked up Daisy her tail was wagging and she didn't want to leave. They gave me pictures of Daisy playing in the swimming pool with her friends. This place is the best.

They have one of the best groomers ever. Halle my Standard Poodle comes home strutting like a Princess when she comes home from Pampered Pup'z

The owner is very friendly but the groomers are unprofesional, rude, and do a horrible job. After receiving a bad grooming and returning to have it done correctly we were confronted by the groomer and told we didnt love our dog!!!! in front of the owner that never said a word to back down his employee from insulting a customer. Still after the re-do she looked horrible and we filed a complaint with the better business bur. Dont subject your dogs or yourself to this, grooming is expensive and the give no customer service!

I am a regular (like so many others are) at Pampered Pup'z. They have a wonderful and fun place. Bill the owner personally greats every dog when they come in. He makes them feel at home. Wendy is their groomer. She has 26 years experience and it shows. I cannot speak highly enough them, you need to see for yourself!

I've been going to Pampered Pup'z for over a year now, and I have to say it is the best day care place for dogs I have ever seen. The owner Bill greats all the dogs personally on the way in. Winston starts barking and and scratching on the windows of the car when we start getting close. I've seen both the inside and outside and the dogs have plenty of room to run and play. They also offer great grooming services.

I did a walk though today and the play sections looked really small. Looked like anything but papering. I couldn't see the back play area because of the issues they were having with the car dealership and the dogs chasing the cars. I have seen much larger establishments. Couldn't help but notice that a dog was yelping when getting his nails trimmed. One good note is that the dogs are never cages while at day care.

A little off the beaten path, but aren't they the best places? Professional and friendly staff. Premises are very clean. Very good at catering to your dog's needs. I have only run into one time that my dog was not ready as scheduled, but they did call. other places I have tried have been very dirty. Nice place!
