Same thing happened to me to with him. Not the exact story but very close.

Judge Mackie Pierce is a corrupt, unethical, judge. He gave a parent custody of their child 2 weeks after they were convicted of domestic battery.. He allegedly gave a defendant (a young female) his personal phone number during an ongoing case and when questioned in open court and presented with a recording of the defendant claiming these facts he refused to address the issue and ordered the subject to be dropped. He also lied about drug results of a defendant on the record. All of these FACTS can be confirmed. Judge Pierce should be disbarred and in prison.

This Judge gave custody of my son to a defendant 2 weeks after she was convicted of Domestic abuse. In his case rulings he claims the defendant passed her drug tests when in fact the results were inconclusive. He allowed her to be represented by his former clerk concealing this fact from my attorney and during a recording of the defendant claiming to have a personal relationship with Judge Pierce and that he gave her his personal phone number he became visibly enraged and ordered we not discuss the issue refusing to deny or confirm the taped allegation. With Judges like this is it any surprise Arkansas is the source of the entire country's jokes? As for my son he has since been through 3 seperate DHS/CPS investigations for abuse initiated by teachers of his schools. He has been moved over a dozen times in 6 cities and 2 states. He has never finished a school year at the same school and the poor little 10 year old boy hates the honorable Mackie Pierce with every essence of his being. Good Job Judge!
