I only been to sharks 3 times my whole life. Every time was a disappointment. Never again. I asked if they had crab legs, she says yes, I ordered and paid. She asked me to pull up "ok cool", I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and decided to go ask how much longer I need to wait. That's when she tells me they are out of crab legs and didn't have my food. Wth!

I keep telling myself not to ever come back to this place. But, it not too far from my house, so it's hard not just order something a go pick it up. Today will be the last time. I'd rather drive across town to another Shark's instead of dealing with these incompetent fools.

The catfish fillet are not real catfish. They are white fish sold as catfish. I'm very disappointed.

Food Good - Customer Service Awful

You need to check your purchase if you drive thru, we bought family meal and paid xtra for fries and sides, we got no fries. The coleslaw was an extremely small amount.

The business is one of my fvorite place to eat because I just love your food and your prices on most things. But more of all I love the customer service that I have gotten each time that I have been there. If the staff there make a mistake they pay for it. If I call they don't mine correcting what ever the problem was. Sharks alway make sure the customer is happy when they leave there. Thank you so much for such good customer service and great tasting food. Your chicken wings are outstanding and filling. I think you should be rated number one in southwest Little Rock. I got outstanding service and felt special when I left there. Five stars for SHARKS.
