If I could give negative stars to this business, I would do so. Run away as fast as you can from Diane Miller and Caron Management. I have been an experienced property manager for decades, and have never seen the degree of belligerence, ignorance, and outright incompetence generated by her and her staff. I owned a unit managed by Caron, and simply could not get her attention to deal with an active grey water leak. Long story short, even though I followed the HOA directions to the letter, Caron still refused to attend to the leak, and we ended up in court. Her incompetence cost the HOA a several thousand dollar award to me in order to fix the repairs. Do not, under any circumstances use this company.

Caron Realty has been our mgmt comp for over a year now. They have fixed all issues from prior mgmt. Extremely pleased.
