First and foremost the technician was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through the process and made me completely comfortable with what he was going to do. Originally I was planning on using a cheaper company but when I called and talked to Scott he explained why the process EcoClean uses is far better than the process of the lower end cheaper companies. The before and after pictures were very helpful and showed the drastic improvement in the cleanliness of the air ducts. I would definitely recommend EcoClean to anybody.
