I shipped a package overseas with DHL. My package was held up in customs and Joe (the owner) tracks his DHL shipments on a daily basis. He saw my package was held up and called DHL to see what the problem was. The address I gave Joe was wrong. Joe called me and informed me of the matter and I was able to correct the problem. Joe Called DHL to give a new address and the package was delivered! Great service, great attitude! A+ in my book.
