No one likes sitting on the side lines and its funny because dancing has given me the confidence to get out there, not only on the dance floor but in life.

While I lived in Littleton I attended classed at X Treme Dance Force LLC . The dance salon is great and I had a great time learning to dance. This was the best workout I have ever done.

What I enjoy most from dancing is meeting people, having fun, going to parties and being with the dancing group. Before I came to the studio I had none of these pleasures. I also find dancing very relaxing since I work hard all day. I think everyone should take time out to learn to dance for it helps you physically and mentally.

My wife and I never seemed to want to go do the same thing, I would want to golf and she would want to shop. Now that we have started dancing we truly have something that we can do together that we both enjoy.

I`ve been to many dance schools but X-Treme Dance Force helped me a lot to learn dancing!
