If you like broken toilets , broken sinks, broken door handles on changing rooms, warm fountain water, broken and old machines and terrible management this is the gym for you, they charge a yearly maintenance fee TWICE a year so be prepared for that even tho that fee just goes straight into the pockets of the owner and managers and then they spend it on chewing tobacco and go chew out back all day during their "work day" , some trainers are certified some aren't so be prepared to be approached and hassled to give your money up for a question mark of training, haven't updated anything in the gym since they opened, usually the TVs cable is out and u get to watch a black screen while on the treadmill but don't worry you have a great selection of Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus to listen to while your getting your sweat on, so overall if that seems like your kinda gym I would definitely recommend it cause this gym sucks

This business is ran by a snob of an owner. I recently became unemployed and could not longer afford a membership with this Fitness 19 location. Another manager there placed my account on hold for a few months and then I was informed that If I was unable to continue my membership after the hold period, that my membership would be terminated at that time. Now I found out that I was misinformed and the Manager, Roland Duran is not willing to work with his customers and his community by not charging me for a second month. I would not recommend this location for the fact that they are terrible when it comes to customer service. Most places usually find a way to work with their customers instead of telling them no right off. Also, they will not give out their corporate number to anyone. I wonder why... (Yes I am aware they are a franchise but there is no franchise number to contact customer service.)

Ryan is an awesome personal trainer! He keeps me motivated to keep going even when I'm struggling. The staff is awesome and always makes you feel welcome. Lots of machines so you always can do what you want without waiting!

All of the staff here are extremely friendly. I always get greeted when I come in. My trainer is fantastic! I've never been so motivated to work out before! Of course the facility is great, lots of equipment for no matter what workout I want to get. And very reasonable pricing means that this gym is accessible to everyone.

dont't even consider this gym!! all they care about is the bottom dollar. their records are a mess. your contract will be a mess. (trust me!) their trainers are, get this, anyone who walks in the door!!! don't fall for this. they don't know or care about credentials of their trainers. they are so messed up at this location with their records, and surely at other locations,they don't care about what service you get and they always don't know what they are doing with your contracts--they'll just sign you up with the most lame, obese trainer, forget about his credentials or experience, all they care about is the money!!!!!! they will work your pocketbook to the max, and when the trainer quits, they will pass you around like in a lame fashion, acting like they don't know what they are doing. and that's exactly it--they do not know what they are doing!!! they are so lax, that they just pass around their clients. don't you deserver more than this!??!! this is really a sleezbag company--did you notice they have no company website you can complain to--that is because each gym is run by incompetent managers. livonia fitness 19 managers are each bumping their heads into each other as far as what is going on. no one knows there what is going on!!! do yourself a favor--don't go there!!!!!! egos are so huge there that they make any of the good trainers there want to rush out the door!!!!!! just ask a trainer behind closed doors how they are treated!!!! the worst gym imaginable. do you wonder why some of their best and most experienced trainers have left?????
