This debt collector called my mother, sister, sister-in-law, father, and myself all in one day telling all of us that they were going to take me to superior court and have me charged with wire fraud and check fraud if I didn't pay the 300.00 debt that I owed for a loan 2 years ago. Along with them scaring my whole family and myself they called me twice in one day telling me they were coming to my job and will be there in 5 minutes to have me sign government papers and I needed to call them right away if I didn't want to be arrested at my job. Along with the threats about coming to my job they also called me at 8:30 at night telling me the same thing serveral times. This is completely against FTC regulations and the most disgusting business (if that's what you want to call it) I have ever encountered. From reading other blogs about this company I found that they lie about there names claiming to be prominent attorney's in NY and have done this to hundreds if not thousands of other people. Ask them for any of there credentials and they will hand up on you. You can even ask them for there address and they will do the same. On top of all that, they added over a thousand dollars in fees to my original debt. Please do your research before giving this company any money or you will get ripped off. If I could give them negative stars I would but YP wont let me do that.
