I have a co-worker who's from your agency and is very unreliable. He has missed too many days of work. Im not sure if he calls in to the agency with all his excuses about being absent, because if he did I know that he would have been replaced immediately. ASAP is a very good agency, I've actually been one of your employees. I just feel that this person is taking advantage of the situation. He is unreliable and not a team player.
