General Info

The Young Horizons Child Development Centers is a nonprofit organization that has been providing child care and preschool programs to the children of low-income families since 1969. The organization serves more than 550 children between the ages of six months and five years annually. It has a staff of over 80 teachers and support personnel. The Young Horizons Child Development Centers offers infant and toddler programs for children aged 6 months and younger. The organization also offers full- and half-day preschool enrichment programs. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The Young Horizons Child Development Centers maintains a location in Long Beach, Calif.
