      Amy Meilen was our birth doula and there are no words to quite capture how incredible she was in the birth room that day. Amy is confident but laid back and I trusted her with my birth 100%. All I had to do was close my eyes and trust and she carried us the whole way to bringing my son earth-side. Beyond being our doula, we are so happy to call her a friend and she will forever be a part of our family.

      We made the best choice when hiring her. I don't know how I would have handled hours upon hours of painful back labor without her strong hands and I can thank her background in PT for her "back squeezing skills!"

      I am so excited about Sage Birth & Wellness and it's coming to fruition. I know how hard these ladies have worked on bringing this collective to BOCO and what a gift our community has! An amazing circle of support and skill to support families.

      Sage Birth & Wellness Collective will work with women, their partners, and their babies throughout the pregnancy, labor and birth cycles and into the months postpartum, typically known as "the 4th trimester". Within the collective, you'll find practitioners who work with any stage of this life-changing cycle, from doulas for assistance during labor and delivery, sibling and overnight doulas, and postpartum doulas, childbirth and postpartum education, chiropractic care, acupuncture for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, birth and fresh 48 photography, prenatal and postpartum massage, mother roasting ceremonies, lactation assistance, and much more. Sage Birth & Wellness Collective will answer any questions you may have about fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum wellness. We are here to provide families with the confidence and assurance they need to have a beautiful birth and transition to parenthood. We have practitioners who specialize in high risk pregnancy, VBAC, natural birth, twins, and low-intervention birthing. Whether birthing at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, Sage Birth & Wellness Collective is here to help you birth your baby your way and ensure your health and wellness throughout pregnancy, birth and the "4th trimester".
