I had a horrible 2 years at this dental office! In the end, Gentle Dental took ME to court because they claim I still owed them $1300! If anything they owed me $5,000 or more for all the additional work I'm having to have done because they did such a POOR JOB on my mouth! I no longer go to Gental Dental, but to another dentist, someone much more honest and reliable than Gental Dental was! I had 5 teeth pulled in the last 2 years and they claimed were bad! They promised me 5 beautiful top front teeth but after 2 years to complete the work, along with 3 root canals, and 2 tooth lengthening procedures the last crown was permanently placed in December 2008. By January 2009, the last crown fell out. I went back and they sent me to a specialist who said the tooth was cracked and decayed. I left there in tears after being told the tooth would need to be pulled! Not 2 weeks after that happened, the crown placed around October 2008 cracked in half and that one needs to be replaced now as well!

I agree with the above. I started very much liking this dental office, but recently, they have begun to "nickel and dime" me for expenses they should not have. They have also screwed up the appointment times for my last two appointments with a new guy (forget his name). I also think they performed a procedure that I'm convinced I did not need. I'm changing dentists. It's too bad...I have to start over now. oh well
