The organization conducts land and water- based therapeutic exercise sessions for relieving stiffness and arthritis pain. It offers a range of brochures, booklets and publications for health care professionals. The Arthritis Foundation also organizes training workshops for instructors. The organization hosts various events for public awareness and fundraising to fight arthritis. In addition, it provides self-help courses and instructional videotapes. The Arthritis Foundation provides information on nutritional and pain management techniques. The organization offers athletic training programs to run a marathon.
