I called Bee Smart Bee Control for a huge bee problem we discovered under our pool deck on a Sunday. They were here within a few hours and removed the entire thing (using safe, environmentally-friendly LIVE bee removal) that same afternoon, giving thorough advice and taking time to explain and answer all of our questions. Gordon was prompt, courteous, thorough, and even took the time to provide tips on how to prevent being stung when encountering bees anywhere. We'd had another live bee removal company come in some weeks before for a small hive we'd spotted, and not only did they charge more (considering the size of that job) they did not discover the other MUCH larger nests nearby, and even worse, they left large amounts of pheromone-laden bee's wax behind where that hive was and did not even insulate the area, which would have brought the bee problem back.
