These people seem to lack an understanding of basic business practices. They promised to send someone to repair the entry system which they installed between 9 and 2:00, and by 5:00 no one had arrived . When I phoned around 3:00 to ask if there would be anyone arriving today, I was told absolutely. When I phone at 3:30, I was told that they would phone the technicians. At 3:45, when I phoned again, I was told, "I've phone the three times and no one has returned my call; once I give them the slips it's out of my hands." Really? No need to follow through and work orders. No obligation to call a customer to explain we're running late, and to offer alternate dates." Really rude people.
