The Empire Flooring Rep was so rude and indifferent that I started looking for a local business to rip out and replace my carpet back in 2006. In my search I found Elim and they saved the day. They replaced my 2 bedrooms and living room carpet with the beautiful burgundy carpet I chose. All done in one day and no hidden charges. I am going back to have them do the same for this new apartment.

Made an appointment with them on 3/5/09 to have carpet installed on 3/21/09. They said they would be here between 8 and 830 a.m. and no one has showed up or called and its 928 a.m. They will not answer there business phone and no one has showed up. Very dissapointed in this company. If they don't show by 11 a.m. ( which is giving more than enough time) I will have to call a carpet cleaner. That Sucks!
