      Buyer Beware!!!! Save yourself the headache. DO NOT ORDER HAIR FROM THIS WEBSITE....HAIRSTOK .COM

      I have been a loyal customer since 2005. I have noticed within the last three years the quality of hair has changed. The hair use to have a nice softness. Now it's very course, sheds and hair feels like it is now being mixed. The orders are always late and when received not what your ordered. I just found out that now they are scamming you on the ounces you order. I have talked to the manager Penny on numerous occasions and she assured me she would handle my orders herself . She is the person behind , blaming her staff for the mix up.
