I was staying with a friend in the neighborhood, and she suggested we go here for juice, and let's just say, WOW, thank god she brought me here. As a Minnesotan, this was a first experience for me. We do not have juice bars like this in Minnesota and it opened up my eyes to what I'm missing. (And I loved it so much I came back a 2nd time before I left).



There are endless combinations of juices and smoothies you can order, and additionally there are shots & acai bowls.You can order any of the menu items and there is a fantastic list of super-food add-ins, like chia seeds, maca, protein powder, almond butter, ginger, goji berries, etc...



I ordered the A-Okay on my first trip and added ginger & chia seeds. This was a great combo, loved it. My second day I ordered the Xclusive - and WOW, I'm still thinking about this smoothie, it was delicious. The ingredient combination is delicious, not overly sweet and lots of great complementary flavors. I added in kale, as I wanted some greenery in my drink.



This place could get quite pricey if you made a habit of coming, but they do have a punch-card, and the 13th purchase is free. It's organic, raw & of course with all the add-ins, a smoothie is easily a meal-replacement. I appreciate the ease of ordering and combinations, and everything is made on the spot. If Juice Crafters could have a location in Minneapolis, I'd be ever so happy. By the way, if you are a newbie, expect to see many legging-wearing patrons who are coming post-workout. Oh, and it smells so good inside!
