12The lobby at this hotel is small-ish compared to the Ritz which I frequent. The breakfast counter has fewer selections as well. That said, their hospitality leaves no stone un-turned. The manager on site went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
OK..didn't have the best customer experience here but the rooms are awesome and the location is convenient.
I would recommend this hotel to all my friends staying in Los Angeles.
This is the WORST hotel to stay at. For the money spent on their rooms you receive in return absolutely horrific customer service. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. Their amenities aren't so much amenities because they are FAR from convenient or easy to use. Expensive and NOT worth the money. This hotel does not know what they're doing.
