I've lived in a property managed by K&B for about 4 years, and I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I would say the most positive thing is that when the unit upstairs went vacant, they really took the time to get someone who wouldn't be a noise problem for us. Very different from my last place, who rented the unit next store to a couple of "DJ's" who would stay up all night doing something with "tracks."
