Established in 1925, Lovelia Flournoy Elementary School is located in Los Angeles. The school serves more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade five. It conducts classes in reading, writing, math and science. It offers Title 1 and English Language Learners programs. Lovelia Flournoy Elementary School provides special education programs to gifted and talented students. The school also supports a range of sports activities that includes basketball and soccer. It operates a student council and chess club. In addition, the school provides a variety of services, such as food, guidance counseling and health care.
