Shortly after Sanderson joined the VA she closed the PTSD ward I worked on, claiming staff shortage as the reason. This was a lie, we had plenty of staff and now the Iraq & Afghan war Veterans suffer as a result. I have seen this type before, people that work in mental health as a result of their own mental health issues. She also lies about nurses and destroys their carrers by having them terminated for no apparent reason. The VA nursing department hates her and wish she would go back to Kansas.
