My favorite ramen place in little Tokyo. Tokushima ramen is delicious (I like to add the spicy miso ball and wood ear mushrooms).

Since this ramem place was featured on LA Times food section as one of the top 10 ramen places in LA, I thought I got to check it out. They specialize in tonkotsu shoyu (pork-soy) based soup. It wasn't bad but I thought was not anything special. Since this is located in Little Tokyo, I would still go to Daikokuya or Shin-Sen-Gumi if I want to eat a good ramen in the area.

It's a place to enjoy a perfect bowl of ramen. The portion is right, the broth is thick with heavy pork flavor, the meat and the soft boiled egg are awesome. Best ramen I've ever had.
