I was extremely unhappy with the service. 26 days after my purchase I still hadn't received my dress for my daughters first birthday and pics. With her birthday only a week away I started calling to find out the status. Calls go straight to voicemail and the seller didn't respond to my NUMEROUS emails either. I finally had to order the same dress from a different seller and open a dispute through Paypal, which was decided in my favor. If you really want your stuff in a timely manner don't buy from here. Seller should have responded or done something to make it right.
