Dr. Fitzgerald suggested I have some Botox at the corners of my mouth - my relaxed expression included downward mouth corners. Nice change and something I'd never even thought about.

Long wait but worth it. Once in the treatment room I discovered why she was late. Once she began my injections I had her complete attention. She did not rush me or brush aside my concerns. I'm one to ask every why, how and when in the book and she was gracious enough to explain everything fully. I'll add that the fillers I got for my lips and the correction of the crook in my nose was nothing short of amazing. I have another appointment and next time I'll probably take my Mac, but Dr Fitzgerald is worth waiting for.

I interviewed dozens of Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons all over Southern CA. My family has a genetic issue that causes fat loss in the face, with major loss in the facial cheeks. I've had Sculptra for a falling face, Juvederm for my lips, Evolence to prop up my mouth and of course Botox. She's shaved at least 10 years off my looks with little more than a needle. I'm close to 60 and I get approached by men in their 40's all the time. Needless to say, that has been a fun offshoot of her great work. But the biggest benefits have been in how my looks have affected my self esteem and how I'm treated at work. It has been money well worth spending.

I have been to many doctors. I was told by other doctors to wear sunscreen and stay out of the sun. I was given creams and ointments - often exacerbating the problem. The warmest and most forthright cosmetic doc I've been to (and at my age, I've been to quite a few). Dr. Fitzgerald recommended Botox and Cosmoderm and Sculptra to soften my face and make me look more rested and refreshed. I can only say I wish I'd known about her years ago.
