This Ramen spot is the real deal. The ramen is some of the best I've had. My favorites are the Shoyu & the vegetable ramen. Also, their crispy rice with spicy tuna and the lemon roll are a MUST HAVE!!!

I go here for lunch and enjoy the tonkatsu ramen w/egg. Sometimes there is a line but worth the wait. Parking lot small, try meters.

Great ramen in Silverlake in busy strip mall. I get the spicy tonkatsu ramen and the crispy rice. Parking in the lot is hard to get a spot but there are metered spaces in sunset.

We love Ramen! This ramen has spoiled us for other ramen. It's somehow completely filling but not too rich. Big bowls and if you don't finish, even better the next day. Adding black garlic puts it over the top. Most of our family prefers the pork tonkatsu, but the chicken is excellent too. This place is small and the wait can be long. They have pick up. I hope it stays small though like a good Japanese ramen shop.

Food is terrific, Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen is awesome with brocolli and garlic, the Gyoza is really good too....It's busy and might be a bit of a wait but its all worth it!!!

Best place for ramen west of Little Tokyo (Daikokuya / Shin Sin Gumi). Wait time not as bad, but does get packed during peak times since seating is limited due to small space. Broth here is very flavorful. Ask for the tonkatsu to be well done for a nice crisp texture.

The best ramen in the area. I don't know what Ann is talking about but because I live in the valley, good ramen is hard to come by. However Silver Lake Ramen is where I go to get my fix, and I make a night out of it once a month at least. The wait can be hectic but service is fast. I always order the tonkotsu spicy ramen with extra chopped garlic, soft boiled egg, and spinach. They boil the pork meat and bones for over 16 hours to achieve that thick gelatinous broth that most inauthentic ramen restaurants do not have. The best.

Good but not great

I ordered the Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen and Spicy Tuna over Crispy Rice. I've had a lot of spicy tuna over crispy rice before and I thought this was subpar, which was disappointing because it was my friend's first time having it. The ramen was good and filling. I wish the bamboo shoots and egg came standard with the ramen but I had to pay $1 extra for each. The place was crowded on a Friday for a noon lunch but the line went very quickly and we ended up waiting only 5 minutes. I'd go there again if I were in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to drive to Silverlake for it. Overall, good but not great!
