I would give them negative stars, if I could. What the previous rater said is true. Absolutely ridiculous. Purchased tickets to a limited engagement show via Fandango, was unable to attend, and had absolutely 0 way of contacting the box office. Glad we're so far in tune with technology that we've lost the human element altogether. Utter fail.

I HATE the fact that you cannot contact a human being. There IS no phone number (at least none that I could find after searching for an hour) other than an automated message. I very much needed help - and it is NOT available. Not happy.
