They put the porch and steps on my new mobile home. This was part of the home cost so they were contracted by Clayton Homes. Some of the wood was not dried enough because as the weather got hotter, some of the planks have dips and the rain pools in them. I also hired them myself to put up gutters at the same time they were doing my porch. They gave me a price and said it included gutters downspouts, guards and installation. They have a machine that makes seamless and while they were working I left and came back a little later. The gutters were up and looked great. After a month or so I started noticing when it rained, the water was dripping down my house between the gutters and house. I called them and no response. I called a second time and no response. the third time I called they responded and said someone would come look at them. I heard nothing for two months. So I began calling once a month. after three calls they called back and said they came out and left a card in my door. They couldn't put the guards up because there was no drip edge. they never said there was no drip edge or that they never put up the guards. So I was charged for something I didn't get. I would have had the drip edge put up originally. if i had known. Now they want $125 to come put up some metal strips and the guards. Basically they took the money and never said a word. For months now the rain has run down my house. I would not hire them again if they were the last company around. i would let the water run down my house since that is what is happening anyway.
