Highly disappointed. Arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the picture. Was not arranged at all - just fruit on picks stuck into a vase, all the white picks were showing. I was so embarrased to have sent this to my son's fiance for her birthday. Of course she was very gracious but I am very upset. I am not normally a complainer but this was unacceptable. I commented on the corporate website and have yet to receive any kind of reply back. I have ordered 2 times previous from other franchises and never had a problem but this was totally ridiculous. Will think twice before I order again.
