You know what they say about first impressions. I got a rescue dog recently. I hadn't visited a groomer for 25 years. I was nervous so I stayed the whole time and observed the guys in action. They worked on my very nervous (dog was a stray) dog for at least 2 hours. I was very impressed. They talked to my dog the whole time, and it went very well. The groomers seemed very knowledgeable and were very friendly to me and my new pet. My dog looked great, also. One other thing, This visit was around the holidays and the only reason I found this place is because everyone else was booked. Petsmart wouldn't even look at my pet because I didn't have his papers. Well unfortunately Petsmart,, my new pet didn't come w/ stray papers.
