Pilates Village is Louisville's premier studio with more than 25 small group classes seven days a week as well as private, semiprivate and trio sessions. We offer a full-service studio with equipment that includes the Pilates reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and mat/Springboard. We also offers classes incorporating TRX and the Balanced Body CoreAlign. Pilates Village specializes in rehabilitation, including Buff Bones classes safe for osteoporosis. Experience, expertise, energy --- the teachers at Pilates are continually training and collaborating to offer the most up-to-date research and the best exercises to help each student build flexibility, balance, strength, and stamina.
